But I wasn’t always proud of the way I showed up for mine. Let me rewind and take you back to my pre-Hustle Sanely days:

I was a workaholic running on fumes and I felt like a shell of a human in the name of making my dreams happen. I thought that the only way to achieve my goals was to pour every part of myself into them.

One night, my husband said to me, “Jess, I feel like I get the crumbs of you at the end of the day.” — and he wasn’t wrong.

Hearing that was like a sucker punch to the gut, and I knew things had to change. So, I created The Hustle Sanely Planning System™ to help women with full lives, like myself, trade running on fumes for intentionally designing our days, so we can stop the constant hustle and pursue our goals while showing up well for ourselves and our loved ones.

Before I started using The 5 Keys, did I look successful on the outside? You bet.

Was I thriving in life? Absolutely NOT.

My marriage was suffering.
My friendships were suffering.
My mental health was suffering.
My physical health was suffering.

And now that I’m on the other side of living in a constant cycle of burnout — I can 10/10 say that no goal is worth sacrificing ANY of those things.

My life looks and feels extremely different now. I know what my priorities are and how I spend time reflects those priorities.
