Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Recipe 🎃

Where are my fellow pumpkin lovers at?! I have NO SHAME in my pumpkin-obsessed game. I am in full fledged pumpkin mode from now until January. But I do try to keep my pumpkin choices as healthy as possible. I like to have all the pumpkin flavored things but I'm not trying to gain all the pounds in the process, you feel me?

I was playing around in my kitchen last week and whipped up a PSL smoothie - be still my pumpkin-loving heart. Now I'm sure I'm not the first person to come up with this pumpkin smoothie recipe, but y'all, I felt like a smoothie princess when I took my first sip of this thing.

If you've read this post, you know that I love starting my day with a smoothie. Especially one that is full of protein + healthy fats. It keeps me full for a few hours and it's a perfect on the go option.

So how the heck did I make this thing? Let me fill you in! 🎃

What You’ll Need:

â‹’ 2 cups of almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)

â‹’ Small handful of ice

â‹’ 2 heaping tablespoons of pumpkin puree

â‹’ 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

â‹’ 1 scoop of vanilla protein*

â‹’ 1 tablespoon of nut butter*

â‹’ 1/4 cup of cold brew coffee

â‹’ 1 teaspoon of maple syrup

â‹’ 1/4 teaspoon of maca powder

â‹’ Dash of cinnamon + pumpkin pie spice

â‹’ Toppings: 2 tablespoons of granola*

What You’ll Do:

Put all ingredients (except for granola topping) in a high speed blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend away. Pour your smoothie into a cute mason jar (bc why drink a smoothie if it's not aesthetic, am I right), add the granola toppings, and pop a metal straw in to enjoy!

Fun fact: Pumpkin is rich in fiber so just tell that to everyone who is hating on you for choosing to eat pumpkin in September ðŸ˜‚
