But I wasn’t always proud of the way I showed up for mine. Let me rewind and take you back to my pre-Hustle Sanely days:

I was a workaholic running on fumes and I felt like a shell of a human in the name of making my dreams happen 🙃 I thought that the only way to achieve my goals was to pour every part of myself into them. It honestly pains me to think back on those days. One night, my husband said to me, “Jess, I feel like I get the crumbs of you at the end of the day.” — and he wasn’t wrong.

Hearing that was a sucker punch to the gut, and I knew things had to change. So, I created a system called The 5 Keys to Hustling Sanely™ that helps you build healthy habits & routines that reflect your actual priorities so you can stop the constant hustle and live with intention.

Before I started using the 5 Keys, did I look successful on the outside? You bet. Was I thriving in life? Absolutely NOT.

My marriage was suffering.
My friendships were suffering.
My mental health was suffering.
My physical health was suffering.

And now that I’m on the other side of living in a constant state of burnout — I can 10/10 say that no goal is worth sacrificing ANY of those things. That’s why I’ve made it my mission through Hustle Sanely® to help you take ownership of your time and energy so you can live a peacefully productive life, working toward your dreams while prioritizing your mental health & relationships…no matter what season you’re in.
