198: How to Spend Less Time on Your Phone

Now that we pretty much all probably have our hands up, let’s talk about it 😬

It's almost been "normalized" to have an unhealthy relationship with our devices these days, but just because it's been normalized doesn't mean that it's healthy (and I think we all know that).

In this episode, I am sharing the reasons why I think it’s important to monitor screen time, questions I ask before getting on my phone, and phone boundaries I’m implementing in this season.
