176: 5 Habits That Help My Anxiety

In February of 2022, I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. With the support and help of my therapist over the last year and a few months, I've figured out some habits to help me healthily cope with my anxiety. These 5 habits have drastically improved my anxiety symptoms thus, improving my quality of life!
